Once, I had a friend whose mother died of cancer at the age of 46. Within three months of his death, he was a little overwhelmed. He felt that the world was too cruel. His mother said to go, and he would often dream of his mother, which led to a little trance. He always felt that his mother was beside him. At that time, they often asked me, where will people go after they die? If we encounter the death of relatives and friends, how should we get out of the pain?
Four states of existence
From the perspective of rational science, when a person dies, his traces are gradually erased. His body is broken down by the world. Integrate with the world. There is self-consciousness in the human brain, and self-consciousness cannot exist alone without the brain. After a person dies, his spirit will begin to dissipate.
I divide the meaning of human existence into four categories.
1: The body is alive, so is the spirit.
2: The body is alive, but the spirit is dead.
3: The body is dead, so is the spirit.
4: The body is dead, but the spirit is alive.
1: The body is alive, so is the spirit. That is the people we really see now, the people we talk to, because they have self-consciousness, do their own actions, and make their own comments to others. So they have a coordinate in our spiritual world. We know this person's personality, characteristics, his way of doing things, and habits.
2: The body is alive, but the spirit is dead. Such a person is like a patient with mental illness and a vegetative person. If we have a relative or friend in this state, we will be more hurt. Although his body is still alive, his self-consciousness has dissipated, and we can't communicate with him. His habits and behaviors can't be understood by us, so we can't cast a coordinate in our spiritual world, that is to say, he is a person. We can no longer perceive his existence because his soul is dead.
3: The body is dead, so is the spirit. Such a person can no longer be found in the world. For example, our ancestors and ancients several generations ago, we have no idea what they look like, and we don't know everything about him, because we haven't touched anything about him, and he hasn't cast coordinates in our spiritual world. This is the death of body and spirit.
4: The body is dead, but the spirit is alive. If I lose a dear relative, although the world has forever lost his trace and wiped out his body, his spirit still lives in our world, because we are still thinking of him, so he is also there. Although their bodies have died, their minds are still alive. They are watching us from afar and exist in some form. We don't have to be too sad and sad. We should be strong, because the other side also wants to see us live in a posture he most appreciates.
